Here are the basics:
Any page can be edited. Simply navigate to the page that interests you, select the 'Edit' tab from the top of the page, make your changes, then use the 'Save Page' button at the bottom of the page to save your changes to the page.
To create a new page or link:
If you don’t see an area that fits your interest and would like to start one, follow these steps.
1) Select an appropriate place for your link.
2) Create and insert and highlight, or select and highlight the text that will be the link to the new page.
3) With that text highlighted, Find and click the 'Internal Link' button located on the Edit window toolbar
4) This will put the text in wiki formatting (brackets in this case) and open a new blank page.
5) Edit your new page and save.
